VoicePost lets users paste a YouTube URL and generate content outputs such as ideas, quotes, LinkedIn drafts, X/Twitter drafts, and other publishing formats.

VoicePost is designed to help creators, founders, operators, and professionals repurpose publicly available or user-provided video content into written drafts.

You may need to create an account to use certain features.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate information, and all activity that happens under your account.

You must not share access to your account in a way that violates these Terms.

You agree not to use VoicePost to break any applicable law, infringe someone else's intellectual property rights, generate spam or misleading content, process private or sensitive content without permission, abuse or disrupt the service, or use VoicePost for illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights or permission to use any video, transcript, text, or content you submit to VoicePost.

You keep ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate.

By using VoicePost, you grant us the limited right to process your submitted content only to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated outputs before publishing them. VoicePost may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable content.

VoicePost uses artificial intelligence to generate ideas and drafts.

Generated content may require human review. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, original, legally compliant, or appropriate for every use case.

You are responsible for how you use, edit, publish, or distribute generated content.

VoicePost may offer free and paid plans.

Free plans may include usage limits, such as a limited number of videos, ideas, or posts per month. Paid plans may include higher limits and additional features such as personal writing style, advanced formats, and export features.

Paid subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the payment provider's applicable terms.

We may change plan features, limits, or pricing in the future. If we make material changes to paid plans, we will provide reasonable notice when required.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@getvoicepost.com.

After cancellation, you will usually keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

However, if you believe you were charged by mistake or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the product, contact us at support@getvoicepost.com and we will review your request.

We try to keep VoicePost reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or other reasons.

VoicePost may rely on third-party services, including payment providers, authentication providers, AI model providers, database and hosting providers, and video transcript or metadata providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their own terms and policies.

VoicePost, including its design, software, branding, and product experience, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or exploit VoicePost without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for VoicePost or other users, or if required by law or by a third-party provider.

You may stop using VoicePost at any time.

VoicePost is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your needs, produce perfect results, or be suitable for every professional, legal, marketing, or business purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoicePost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of VoicePost after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
